You pay a deposit of 20% of the tour price 14 days after booking.
You make the remaining payment 14 days before arrival.
If the travel period is too close to the booking period, the deposit is waived and payment is made in full.
Payment options:
For an extra charge of €20 per item, we will be happy to provide you with a baby travel cot and a high chair for your stay in our vacation accommodation. Please let us know when you make your reservation, as the number is limited. The baby travel cots are only suitable for children up to 12 months.
Yes, you get access to our guest app as soon as you book an apartment. There you will find information about your booking, you can even make additional bookings and find out everything you need to know about Büsum.
Final cleaning is included in the rental price for bookings of seven nights or more. If you book one of our vacation accommodations for fewer nights, a short-stay surcharge will be added.
You will find the following items in your vacation apartment or vacation home on arrival:
- Shower mat
- two tea towels
- one bin liner
- one roll of toilet paper
- WC duck
- two dishwasher tabs, if dishwasher available or dishwashing detergent for hand washing
All our vacation apartments and vacation homes are equipped with terrace or balcony furniture, some even with a beach chair. These are available from April to October. For weather-related reasons, however, the period may vary slightly.
Pets are welcome in some of our vacation apartments and vacation homes. These must be registered at the time of booking. The costs are a flat rate of €30 per pet and booking.
The amounts are already included - even for apartments and vacation homes with a sauna. Therefore, you do not have to worry about additional payments.
You have free WLAN access in almost all of our apartments.
This service is part of our offer. Please send your suitcases in good time so that they are delivered to our office address at least three days before your arrival.
Free service: You take the suitcases to the apartment yourself on arrival after handing over the keys.
Paid service: We place the suitcase in the apartment after delivery by luggage shipping. We charge €20.00 per suitcase for this service. The maximum weight of a suitcase should not exceed 23 kg.
The minimum rental period is three nights. Reservations of less than seven nights are possible on request, but we will then charge a surcharge for short bookings.
We even recommend this. When you make a binding reservation, we will send you a corresponding cancellation form.
You will receive the keys for your apartment in our office at Westerstr. 32 in Büsum. On the day of arrival the apartment is available from 16:00, possibly earlier. The availability of the property depends on various internal factors.
Departure is until 10:00 am. Please return the keys to our office. Outside opening hours, you can drop them in the letterbox at the office building. You will receive the code for the key safe with your booking confirmation.
If linen is not included in your vacation accommodation, we can provide you with bed linen and towels for a small fee. The towels are then ready in your apartment and the beds are made. Towel packs are available for €10 per person and bed linen for €14 per person. You have the option of booking a linen package for €23.00 per person, in which case you will receive both.
The guest cards are issued by our team. You will receive these in paper form directly on the day of arrival when the keys are handed over. The Büsum Tourism Service will send them to you in digital form.
