You will find the store in Alleestraße - the pedestrian zone in the center of Büsum, near the main beach. The store is barrier-free. Here you can look around undisturbed in the modern, maritime ambience with a glass of traditional Trinkkur in your hand. You are welcome to try out the skincare products for yourself and experience the fragrance, consistency and skin feel for yourself. At BIOMARIS, everyone will find the right skincare product.

The Büsum weekly market takes place every Tuesday and Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the parking lot on Lehnsweg (near the Büsum fire station). The goods on offer at the weekly market in Büsum include the classic range of groceries such as fresh fruit and vegetables as well as fish, meat and dairy products.
In the KOHLosseum Wesselburen, you can get to know the diversity of cabbage in a whole new way in the cabbage workshop. In the heart of Europe's largest closed cabbage-growing area, you can devote yourself entirely to the coastal vegetable. In the Kohlosseum, patented sauerkraut is produced in different variations.
A visit to the Dithmarscher Gänsemarkt is definitely worthwhile. The chicks hatch there every week from May to August. This will be of particular interest to our younger guests. Adult visitors can currently enjoy delicious regional delicacies from the farm kitchen or watch how bedding is lovingly produced by hand.
Shop locally at Wischmann's Hofladen in Norderwöhrden. There you will find a large selection of meat and vegetables from our own production. You will also find North German cheese delicacies, 11 different types of jam and wines, egg liqueur, juices and pasta.
Directly on the B5, the Alte Mühle farm store run by the Jürgens family invites you to stroll and linger. There you will find seasonal vegetables and pasture-raised beef from their own production. The range is complemented by regional products from local farmers. You will find seasonal highlights such as strawberries, cherries and tomatoes, as well as cabbage and potatoes. Home-made jams, honey and preserves are a must.
Buy particularly good quality lamb from Schäferei Bährs. You can get lamb cuts frozen, fresh to order and everything that refines a lamb dish with products from the region. The range also includes a large selection of sheepskins from the company's own sheep.
